Install with the bend facing down to get more lift on your longtail so it doesn’t ride too deep in the water.

Install with the bend facing up if you need that extra downward pressure to minimize prop “blow out” while motoring.

This aluminum trim tab gives you the flexability to bend a disposable part without bending your factory longtail cavitation plate. It only works on flat cavitation plates, bolts provided.
